Really great location and exceptional staff.

There was a small misundrestanding with the airport transfer and this service could be improved but other than that everything was perfect.

Comfortable, easy, and enjoyable!

Location of our room to facilities was great and easy for our family, the buggy’s ran by the staff are great and quick to get you around. Food was decent and the staff were always friendly and attentive. Facilities are great and create opportunity to mingle with other families

There were some issues at check in but they were quickly resolved

A beautiful break ️

The room was amazing - spacious, we’ll equip it and the bed was so soft! We stayed here for our first 2 nights of our honeymoon and they’d left us a gift to celebrate with - thank you! The pool and dining was fabulous, food was good and both pool and restaurant had a great view. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. We unfortunately saw someone get hurt and the staff seemed to be on top of it and took great care of the guest. They had a free fire show, it was one of the most amazing resort entertainment shows I’ve seen.

Pool side umbrellas were unsafe, they blew over in the wind numerous times. Would definitely hurt someone if they fell on a person.

Value for money, close to shops and restaurants

Clean, newer property, close to town and restaurants. We walked to a number of restaurants during our stay and felt safe walking. There is a large supermarket only 5 mins walk from the hotel. Friendly staff at the hotel who made us feel welcome. The buffet breakfast has a lot of choices. We stayed in a lagoon room and it was large with a big balcony and kitchenette.

We arrived on Christmas Day and the restaurant and Bar service was terrible. But it all improved for the next 5 days of our stay. More towels are needed in the pool area later in the afternoon. Twice we had to bring our room towels to the pool area.

Clean & enjoyable and great staff !!!

At all times Ramada’s Resort was always well presented and clean. The staff were all accommodating and helpful and nothing was ever to much for them. We will miss them all dearly.

I think there should be more activity’s or have certain nights with a volleyball competition or a games night etc.

A great Ramada Hotel close to main town shopping and restaurants.

The hotel was as expected from a Ramada Hotel. It was clean with pool, SUP and Kayaks available. The restaurant's provided a large range of food types, all of which were delicious. The breakfast buffet was very good with a large range of cooked foods, cerials, pastries, breads/toast, fruit, egg station. The hotel is a 15/20 minute walk (a bit of a hill but nothing too difficult) or 5 minute drive into the centre of Port Vila. We walked several times and always felt very safe. We stayed in a studio room, which was spotless and large with plenty of space. The bed was very comfy, the ensuite was clean with a good shower. The kitchenette had large fridge/freezer, cooker etc. There was a large balcony for enjoying a drink. Typical good quality hotel from Ramada.

The studio rooms are situated in the main building at the top of the resort. The pool and resturant are situated at the very bottom of the resort on the lagoon. They do provide golf cart service from top to bottom and vice versa, but you sometimes wait. This wasn't an issue for us as we are pretty active but was an issue for older people or very young children.

The staff were lovely and so accomodating.

It’s a short walk (15min) from the hotel to town or you can catch a bus from the main road for 200 bath each. The place is lovely and the staff were beautiful. Always enjoy riding a golf cart to another part of the resort.

At one point the hot water wasn’t very warm but wasn’t the end of the world.

We enjoyed our stay, we ended up going to other resorts in Port Vila to enjoy their facilities, which is a shame

I like that they have apartments which suited my family and 1

1. The Gym facility was very very poor. The stationary bicycle was broken, The Rowing machine was also broken, you could row or cycle but the screens were not functioning. 2. The swimming pool did not have markings to indicate the depths of the Shallow end and deep ends 3. They did not have organised activities

Wonderful

Really beautiful rooms , views, nice staff. Everyone very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast is very good. Food at the bar and restaurant is disappointing. It really needs a better chef. Salads with extra garlic sauce, pizza with huge slices of carrot, string beans and raw beets. The restaurant is not at the level of the hotel

Relaxing Stay

The beach was a surprise. Being an inlet I didn’t expect we’d see such beautiful coral and fishes. The set up is relaxing for little kids. The kids play area (small) is right by the pool. Staff are polite.

Please improve the music by the pool. It’s the same tune playing all day.

Fantastic stay with wonderful staff and great facilities

Wonderful service from really friendly staff, they were all so helpful and all requests were met quickly and with a smile. Beautiful pool area and great buffet breakfast. The housekeeping was also excellent - room beautifully tidied with floor mopped every day.

Good

The room was lovely and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The resort was nice and if you didn't want to walk up and down from the pool (some rooms were a little further away) then you can catch the golf cart.

It was hard to gauge whether the staff were friendly but a bit distant, or just direct. When I asked questions I received very short answers and no other suggestions.
